<< "Who did he not do?" >> I guess you prefer a legal system where a person is judged "guilty" before the evidence is substantiated? President Clinton has a lot of enemies. I guess you can't imagine a group of powerful, wealthy, religious extremists targeting the President so that they can get into a position to force their doctrine on the American People. I think that people, including myself, are supporting Clinton because they are afraid of his enemies, the religious fringes, getting into power. To me, Clinton is currently trying to hold the door closed on this group of nuts, besides the fact that he has done a damn good job. There is an organized effort to keep Clinton from appointing pro-choice Federal judges, and to keep him from being able to appoint a pro-choice Supreme Court Judge. In my mind, one of the main reasons behind this attack on Clinton, is because of his stance on Abortion. << There is too much smoke not to be some fire. >> There is fire! But, as our legal system will prove, it isn't going be a Clinton fire. The smoke, in this case, is pointing to a right wing plot against the President of the U.S., funded by taxpayers money. I hope that some day a special prosecutor is appointed to investigate illegal use of the the tax exempt status to influence the political process of this country. Regards, Bob |
