I think the reason alot of these BB companies don't do more prefered issues, and other similar things and rather opt for a common share reverse split, is because many times if a company, doesnt have things like assets, inventory, revenue, (minor things like that <lol>) and the Underwriters refuse to back these issues, or make it very complicated for a company.

After the merger, CVIA / WOTD will have everything in place to do this, so it should be not be hard to find an underwriter willing to do this issue, it would be just as easy and less stressful (for the share holders)than doing a reverse split.
But all this is CVIA / WOTD's call on how they want to handle this.

Also if I am not mistaken CVIA / WOTD should have around 40 to 50million share left they could issue for another acquasition <sp?>
so I don't think there is any urgency to do a reverse split for now.

CVIA got a nice start on the market today... hope this is the start of a new trend.
