My broker is Kennedy Cabot and was just told that there was no Bid or Ask and that it is trading in what was termed a "Work out Market" what ever that is? You can put in a bid, it may or may not get filled depending on whether or not a trader can execute the trade. Its sounds like a crap shoot. Just wondering why we seem to be getting so many different signals from the different brokerage houses?
