You and Richard, and many others, are correct in that a business wire may be the way to solve the problem of more cost effective and more timely news decimation. We have already decided to investigate the costs and requirements of BUSINESSWIRE. Being unfamiliar with these types of services I also need to investigate this method to determine the ground rules for its use. I have also been informed, by e-mail, of another business wire service called PRNEWSWIRE which we will look at. As I was just informed of the Web and Thread problem two days ago this has not yet been accomplished.

It is our desire to keep all of our shareholders informed of significant events in a timely manner. The point I wanted to make was not that news would be offered less frequently but that the Web and the Thread cannot be the primary vehicle for decimation.
