Some posts concerning Igen on the biotech rumor mill. One stated that Igen may be close to signing a deal with HP for $100 million possibly involving the POC instrument. Also Abbott's new machine the Architect was advertised in the 3/5 issue of Nature. 200 tests per hour with 26 assays using chemiluminescent technology. Personally I question whether chemiluminescent technology is as fast as electrochemiluminescent technology.
