I bet if walls could talk., there are a lot of decisive moments determined within that facility and the future of struggling exploration
companies that hung in the balance., as well. I dont know if they are
subject to Aboriginal claims or not., any mining lease anywhere in the
world has inherent risks., whether it be previous owner., native claims., enviromental concerns.,. Usually the native claims are worked out long after the discovery., and are usually settled amicably
in most situations. They could be agreements to employ a certain
percentage within the mine., royalty arrangements., socio-economic
issues. and the like.
