Wish I had the answer. No doubt momentum players may be a part of this, but hope it is more institutional money taking strong positions. Would not be too surprised if we are headed to test the chart 16 area before too many moons go by (barring any major disappointments or market correction). If that level can be surpassed the long term chart seems to indicate a possible test of the 24 area (old high). But charts only tell the past, none of us can foresee the exact future, just look at the possibilities and guess at how far we can go.
