Napoleon was also ballsy, and for a time Emperor of his domain. But be careful on how many enemies you make - Russia, the rest of Europe and England banded together to bring him down. Now granted this is a dramatic comparision, but Larson probably thinks he's Napoleon at times! Ballsy behavior can just as easily be doomed as it can be rewarded.

The conf. call was a non-event. Nothing new and all the questioners were from the newspapers and tech rags. Gartner did raise a question about a 'brain drain' at PGP. NETA acknowledged a few engineers and salespeople left. Don't know the legal ramifications but based on what I've read, this move sounds legal. But that still begs the question, does NETA really benefit from all this if they open the door to every other American vendor?
