I've been following HERC from a purely technical stand point. I am very impressed with the volume over the recent upswings. It is much more than typical speculation would generate. Some group or groups are swallowing large blocks of this stock. It appears that a base around 2 1/2 will support the next move up. Good Day. David in SC
