Thanks for the reply, Scott- but I would prefer specifics as opposed to generalities about the values of fundamental research, long term investing, anti-shorting, and the American Way. To refine the question, what specific alteration in the company fundies would change your investment perspective on ERGB? Defeat in the law suit? Missing of revenue estimates for several consecutive quarters? Got a number or two? Additional surprise "one-time" charges? What's "unforgivable", as it were, and wouldn't be explained away for you?
