Kenneth; Are you sure of the downgrade! Yahoo list NEOG as having only the two "strong buys" Granted it was last updated on the 9th, but a move all the way down to a hold on no published news from the co? Their two lines of business are growing and I wonder what could possibly be happening to cause problems? Steve
