LT, in the perfect world where there is unlimited financial resource, I'd buy everything. In order to buy land I need to sell water. If gas break above your $2.40, I'll switch. You need to understand momentum investing - when one is hot, its valuation that day is no longer relevent. Again, it boils down to risk and reward. ESV has gas exposure too and it is relatively flat versus others right now. PTEN is more into oil. If you want a land gas play, buy UTI. What happens to your pal in Atlanta? What says he on OPMRF?
