PALM SPRINGS, Calif., March 20 /PRNewswire/ -- MediaConcepts, Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: MDCE) announces that Pasadena International Inc. of
Canada, a wholly owned subsidiary, has entered into a 5 year contract with
Vi-Jon Laboratories, Inc. a Missouri corporation, for the exclusive rights
throughout Canada to distribute the products GermX, and Germ Blaster Hand
Sanitizer.
Robert Torres, CFO of MediaConcepts, Inc. stated, "This contract, dated
March 17, 1998, is a key element in expanding sales in our Pasadena
International Inc. subsidiary. The rights to distribute exclusively
throughout Canada will provide approximately 2.5 million dollars (US) in
annual sales initially, which is about 11 cents per share in gross revenue.
We are reviewing several other options to increase sales in Pasadena
International Inc., which will enhance shareholder value in MediaConcepts,
Inc."
MediaConcepts is a diversified company, currently in film, entertainment,
and cosmetics, expanding in its effort to increase assets, and earnings per
share to build shareholder value.
