The number is 732-254-3433 I call them weekly for updates. The two people who usually answer the phone are Claudia or Debbie. Both are very nice people and will assist you with any information available to them. Friedman is no longer with HDST and Tom Malik COO is wearing all the hats right now. He's difficult to get in touch with as he is very busy running the show. They are in the process of getting new infusion of monies to bolster their balance sheet. The article in Consumer Reports magazine rating them #1 over Bell and PTI should help them in the marketplace. They have a strong share of the non-profit market that helps with getting their name out there. With non-profit sales they receive payment within 10 days a big plus for them. The retail price is lower than Bell and PTI another benefit for HDST.
