Brad,

I think Firamada is showing excellent timing (or great luck) in their movement to NASDAQ.

With the closing of the Myriad deal soon, and a reported EPS for 1997 of $.1085, the NASDAQ story will take on greater significance than usual (especially considering Firamada's new stock price will be based on their own earnings).

Institutional buyers, for instance, generally look at the new kids on the block (recently listed stocks) and ask, "What have you done lately?"

Well, FAMH appears to show tremendous strength recently and an ability to grow rapidly. These factors, I believe, make it a very attractive buy opportunity for mutual funds in particular (the riskier side of their portfolios). These large block buys would probably be held for some time, and could start a buying binge by others, thus rocketing the price up.

I think post merger we could be looking at a real pricey stock in a very short time.

What is your opinion (and anyone else's) on this?
