i don't expect a buyout. Any company who is interested in
taking over CVUS will most likely wait it out a few more
months. in all probability, if CVUS financial conditions
continue to deteriorate, it might be forced to file for
reorganization. it is always easier to negotiate with a
judge than the principals.CVUS management is not up to par
with my expectation and frankly, today's stock price is not
that attractive. By the way, a lot of people interested in
CVUS are also interested in WCII, you can see the same persons
posting here also posting in WCII thread. Why not, WCII was
and is still bidding on the FCC LMDS auction. And perhaps
people here hopes for a WCII buyout. WCII has completed an
offering that was oversubscribe, indicating that it is very
popular w/ the big investors. Today they are cash rich, but
I think WCII would rather see CVUS bleed further. what bothers
me the most is that current CVUS management is not really
effectively trying to stop the hemorrhaging.
the market is better in figuring out the real value of CVUS
license, and we will all find out soon, put away your calculators.
this is just my view.
