A thought came to mind as I read you response. Thinking about what is happening with only 100k trading, it has to be some type of insider trading. That is the only way a continuous up-swing could be taking place with a stock that literally has done nothing over the last several months.

Now down to 0.16 with 147k shares traded 12:55pm, now a gain of 60% (some must selling).
