Hi Thanh: I knew you too would see the opportunity for Novell to leverage on its expertise to launch a "Direct Customer Service" division. The nominal cost vs. the benefits are tremoundous. Let's be proactive. If I am going down with the ship then I want to say that it was not for lack of trying to deliver our products and services to our customers. Look, it's a dog eat dog world and if our VAR's can not deliver then let's go do it ourselfs directly. I believe Gateway Computers had no difficulty in doing business this way.

I was dissapointed with my earlier post where Killen & Associates forecasts that the market for Intranet SOFTWARE, on-premises equipment, and SERVICES will grow from $2.7 billion in 1995 to more than $20 billion by the year 2000. NOVELL WAS NOT MENTIONED ANYWHERE IN THEIR LIST OF COMPANIES.

How do you figure that???

EKS

P.S. Joe any ideas...Can Novell be 'a little' proactive? Hey what do we have to loose?
