Bought CIB today. All the analyst love it, but nobody is buying right now. I guess people are scared of Colombia? Anyways I'm in love with undervalued Latin American bank stocks, the other 2 I own BSB (Chile) and BFR have soared since I bought them at likewise incredibly cheap prices. CIB looks even more promising, thanks for all the research. Best wishes, Kyle Urmann
