Jon: I agree with you -partly. Most of the big REITs are overpriced, especially the hotel chains. I've been looking at apartment complexes, mobile-home parks, nursing homes and corner shopping malls- these sectors are well priced and growing like crazy, and they throw out a 5-8% dividend. I'm inclined to think these will draw pension-plan money.
