Could you take a look at VICL? I am curious what your opinions is. I have held this thing for quite a while now and it has really just recently seem to come to life and hold onto the upper-mid teens. It has baffled me for a while and I just can't figure why it has so much trouble getting and staying in the 20's. It looks better now than it did and may be ready for a move. What do you think? Jim
