On Squawk Box this morning, Jim said he bought oil shares Tuesday night. He said he still likes the fundamentals for hydrocarbons, and felt the market was in the panic stage which occurs near bottoms. That oil was going down at a near dollar per day rate was in his opinion a classic sign of capitulation and panic.

He also said the annualized trade deficit is at an all time high, and this will eventually be a problem for bonds and the Dollar.
