The numbers I reported are correct from IOM IR; she read me off the proxy statements. These numbers show that there have been a lot of insider purchases in 1998. IMHO, incremental insider trading is more critical than what may have been their holdings before Dec 1997. The insider (BOD) holdings increased from 16M in Dec to 26M in March which is a very large increase by any standards. They may even add more after the black-out period is over.
