John Gehl has retired from the company per the recently filed 10K:

" Mr. Gehl has served as Vice President, International International of the Company since 1992.
Mr. Gehl joined the
Company in 1962 and has
served as a Vice
President of the
Company since 1977 and
in a variety of
positions in marketing,
manufacturing and
strategic planning.
Mr. Gehl has been a
director of the Company
since 1974. Mr. Gehl
has announced his
retirement as an
officer of the Company
effective March 1,
1998. "

My opinion FWIW is that John Gehl will be selling most of his shares now that he is leaving. It would be great if he would do a secondary offering of the shares so they could be sold in an orderly manner. Right now I think the institutions know this and are just waiting to pluck off the shares as he makes them available. Once the overhanging supply is gone this stock is going to move IMHO.
