YESTERDAY'S HIGH VOLUME (CONFIRMED BY BM'S POST OF GLOBAL) 2. STRONG TREND IN Y2K 3. PICKUP IN SMALL CAP 4. QTR END FUND BUYING ALL THESE INCREASE THE ODDS OF BREAKING OUT TO NEW HIGH. THAT'S WHY I BOUGHT MORE YESTERDAY.
