OK. Get a drink. Sit down.
Now, relaxed? Meditation may help at this point.

I want you all to look at the chart and news on DKB
which has transpired in the past 3 1/2 weeks.

Pay particular attention to the chart, what I call the "plateau de grande" which occurred Feb 11th. Who was the instigator here?

If you were on the train before it left the station, congratulations.
If not, the aforementioned drink should kick in any time now.
But do not despair! You have a similar opportunity here FODX investor!

Basically now, there's an auction going on - between Dow Chemical, Monsanto, and Cargill, for Dekalb Genetics (as in plant genetics, another seed company). The stock went from 33 to 65 in two days, and now is at 72. The auction will be completed in about 2 months.

This is EXACTLY what I foresee happening to our little FODX in the near term (2-6 months), In fact, I'm sure that behind the scenes, the wheels of change have been in motion for some time....
Only difference is FODX has headroom to go beyond a double or even triple!!

In a March 10th 1998 REUTERS press release, concerning the auction of DeKalb, Monsanto President Hendrik Verfaille said they were mounting a "very aggressive bid" for Dekalb. He also said Monsanto was particularly interested in other ventures (acquistions and partnerships) with downstream food companies such as food and feedgrain processors in an effort to expand it's life sciences business. He would not specify which companies were targeted...

"Hear me now or Hear me later", FODX couldn't fit in more with their profile, and HELLO, they already have a partnership history with the big MTC.

Still selling everything that's not nailed down to load up....
Steve.
