Most of these pennys come from a tarnished back round. If I remember correctly it was not Jethro behind the BS, it was Ed cox and the former president. Jethro was left with the bag. From day one I beleive Jethro was led to believe that some revenues from the tin mine were going to be used to support his project but of course that never happened. As far as debt,I dont believe there is any except accounting expense to bring current.. The Bolivian mine deal disintergrated based on DACQ not being able to raise money to purchase the needed equipment. Jethro has been approached about selling DACQ as a shell but refuses. He said that would not be in the best interest of share holders(since when did they care). I also suggested that he do a reverse split and explain to the public his ideas and Maybe the stock price will rise enough to raise the needed capital. He feels that would most likely not work and punish the existing shareholders more. My point is anything is better than sitting there with his thumb up his ass!!! Maybe some other dedicated DACQers have some ideas for our friend Jethro(besides jumping off a bridge)

Regards

Gary Rubin
