To All, Quite a time back, I read some SEC filings on this company, and correct me if I'm wrong, but this used to be a fly by night finance company that was on the verge of bankruptcy before the "big gold find". It was ran by a husband and wife team and was forever in trouble with nonfiling of required SEC reports. I haven't kept up with recent doings, but one thing I have learned is that above ALL other considerations, management integrity must be pristine. I'm afraid this smacks of a con game along the same lines of International Precious Metals or other small time scams. Good Luck
