Is it a coincidence that the $351,000 from the Quest Bridge loan (January 30, 1998 press release) is exactly the same amount of money as Greystar is investing as given in the Greystar release yesterday?

Does this look like Mr. Rovig is just transferring $351,000 from Greystar to Brimstone so that Brimstone can cover the loan?

Anyone know what Brimstone's cash position and cash burn rate are?

I am a Greystar stockholder, and I am not a Brimstone stock holder. Do those of you who follow Brimstone see any reason why a Greystar stockholder should be in favour of this transaction?
