Ed,

How will the $17,000 operating profit disappear in a blink of an eye? I am already including a hefty margin for unseen costs in my $4000 misc. costs., which also include salaries/rent/utilities parts and maintenance.

Please explain which costs I am leaving out and why the JV will not be marginably profitable from the start. The only reason I can see is a temporary startup delay at individual centers.
