Duncan, I tried to download the Fox Channel. I selected all the configurations that they asked for, and the screen did something peculiar and I ended up getting kicked totally off line instead. This is a very typical experience for me. But I will ask my husband to help me by downloading it when he gets home. I am confused when you are talking about AOL and MCI. Are you saying that I could keep all the services my daughter likes at AOL and have another ISP? How would that work? Christine
