Mike; I can now see my idea is all wet and muddy..damm El Nieno got to my brain..seems the small print lets these ins cos out of it any way..and CNBC jus shows the same houses sliding down from differant angles to make us think it's bigger than it is, they must get a kick back from the ins cos, as it likely helps sell ins like you said..heck the camera crews likely work for the ins cos..I don't put any thing past these guys anymore. Thanx for sqirting off some of the mud so as I could see it more for what it is.. Jim
