Just got off the phone with Sue of IR at(Lipper @ (212) 838-3777)for MDIX. She said Florida law requires the subject of a lawsuit (Andrx)to be informed in writing and given 30 days to respond. They will, at the end of 30 days, if not satisfied, file suit. Also spoke to legal Dept of Andrx they said allegations were unfounded and are determining what actions to take against MDIX. Though MDIX has the most to gain in this scenario the reaction of ADRX is bizzare and suspicious (me thinks thou protest to much)at best. Also ADRX is off 10% in the last 2 days. Heck for $ .25 a share how can you go wrong.
