GB, I was able to talk with Joe for just a few minutes. He indicated it was a successful trip. I think you hit the nail on the head when you said we may have a new company in the fold. If so, it just might complement WorldPass. Joe mentioned to me some time ago he would no longer buy non profitable company's that required an enormous amount of time and money to turn around. IMO we are acquiring another asset that will add to the bottom line next quarter. He also mentioned LA to me. Joe generally does not travel except in the final stages of an acquisition. I'm sure we will hear from Joe on both of these items in the near future. Best Regards
