Richard & Baird;

Doesn't todays announcement really confirm PGEN's science as it relates to delivery and as such mean that CHIR will likely take advantage of the agreement with PGEN? It seems to me the announcement not only speaks to the tumor issue but more importantly to the delivery where PGEN has the several patents?

Richard you mentioned that it would be possible to find the status of the Chiron/Viagene and PGEN agreement. I do not follow CHIR, are you suggesting to call them about it or to call PGEN. I'm not sure what you meant.

Along these lines, what do you think of TGEN?
