Okay, here's some new(s) scoop.

Just got off the phone with Pam Taylor, Firamada Regional manager for Texas. She runs the Dallas office for now (currently 4 employees one of which is a receptionist, who was very nice and professional on the phone). Her plans are to open offices in Austin and San Antonio within 3-6 months. I plan on stopping by the office next week. Very agressive goals and timetable, much the same mindset as corporate, and very excited about future prospects. More on financials later.

She is very likeable and confident in what she can do with/for FAMH; Personally hired by Arif (sp?) approximately 2 months ago; Good background in office start-ups; current shareholder (bought on open market); background in Banking and Finance; has already personally brought in 38 job requests; wants to establish on-sight corporate staffing offices and sole-source agreements; expects to tap into the technical contract and placement field in the very near future. Dallas is one hotbed for technical placements, though competition is very tough. Every techie company in Dallas is looking for people.

Currently the Dallas office is focusing on Temp to Perm in the Banking, Finance, clerical, hospitality and restaurant management, but she stressed that the they are flexible in their focus (i.e. depending on the level and quality of candidates looking for placement and the open job requests). Biggest problem is the same one in the industry - lack of quality candidates.

She also mentioned that corp was working on stock incentive package and websites (didn't know if this would be office independent or part of corporate.)
