Lower revenue was due to two reasons:
1. Pricing pressure from Komag on 2000 oe thin film disk. Average selling price per disk was $11.94, down from last quarter of $13.94.
2. One customer asked them to delay a shipment until this quarter because they did not want to show inventory on their quarterly report.

HMT is ramping up 2200 oe disks to volume production level this quarter. I believe ASP should improve going forward.

As for the capacity expansion, they 4 new lines will be coming in during the Q1 of 1997.

I listened in on HMT conference call yesterday, and I do not think HMQ's downgrade is warranted.
