If you were right, then in todays world of continually declining component pricing, DELL's margins would be rising significantly.<< (I corrected your misspelling- "continuely") DELL has taken less (by choice) in terms of margins to capture market share. The others are scrambling, because they do not have the latitude to fine-tune their models (obviously).
