Also, in addition to insider selling news that came out last week in Barrons, Bear, Stearns 2 big hot shots (Andrew Neff, and Nimal Vallipuram (212)272-4247, (212)272-8294), had a meeting with the management yesterday 3/14/96, And management apparently gave a bad impression to them that Sun's federal government business was well below expectations. It sounded like that management was looking for some excuse in case their quarter earnings does not meet expectations. Eventhough Bear, Stearns did not lower their earning's estimates they state in their report that "they are very cautious about Sun's quarter earnings'.... Why do I have this feeling that Sun will not meet the earnings expectations and perhaps that was the reason for the insiders to dump huge number of shares on small little investors like us! Boy, I am so mad I can not express it... I just hope I am wrong... - Addi Jamshidi
