I agree about Brent's question being a good one. From what I can remember, the SEC was scrutinizing GE for late filings, towards the beginning. I think this was addressed on much earlier posts. It was dealt with and, I believe, settled with the SEC, possibly not finalized. (someone, help on this one). Since then, all reports have been filed in a timely manner. Also, last I heard, Ge was contemplating litigation against a company they tried to purchase property from which fell through. (Sorry for the sketchy details, but I'm writing this strictly from memory) If you say that brent is right 95% of the time, I'll have to believe you. Your viewpoints are well respected on this thread. I just hope the scam part falls into the 5% category. I would like to see Brent get in-depth with research on GE and give us his opinion. Take care.
