According to today's news release, the Galaxy situation will cause the 1st qtr. earnings to be less. See 2nd paragraph below: ''We'll probably see a charge to fourth quarter operating results of approximately five to seven cents per share, resulting in a loss for the final quarter of 1997 of two to three cents, but a profitable year overall,'' said Edward A. Johnson, OptimumCare's president and chief executive officer. ''Moreover, a delay in reimbursement for work done in the alliance since January of this year will likely mean operating results yielding only a small profit for the first quarter of 1998.
