The lawsuit was filed shortly after the 10-point drop in December, and as such is old news. It alleges that Oracle insiders sold shares prior to the drop based on inside knowledge. These kinds of lawsuits are fairly common. I happen to be in the class of this one, and was in the class of one filed about 7 years ago. As I recall, I received about $9.95 for that one. They're basically a nuisance to the company, taking time away from other corporate legal issues. Annie
