Steve - The licensing concern is certainly a valid one. The radioactive materials use will be licensed by the State of Texas (not the NRC). Licenses of this sort typically take a few to several months to obtain, but not years. I have inquired on the company's licensing status and will let you know when I hear back. Now the FDA, that is another matter . . . Rich
