I have an account with Jack Carl now for about two years. I like them. I traded an oats contract and got stopped out. I called to get my fill and they lost my stop loss order. Ahhhh!!! I had to get out of the market and this brought my slippage to $150.00. They said no problem we will credit your account at your stop placement since we lost the order.
