This one puzzles me a bit. They don't mention what content they have rights to so it's hard to evaluate it's potential. Also targeting Internet instead of Intranet is a bit off focus. With most people connected to the internet by Modem, video is small and poor and difficult to learn from. Full motion full screen over an Intranet with a couple megabits/sec per user can eliminate classroom-only based training and can save companies money (it also is only possible with a legite video server like TNCX's or CCURs)....so as you can tell ... the announcement has caused more questions rather than provided more answers. "Owning" content does provide a strategic advantage, because that what customers actually are after ... the content. The Server is just the means to delivery it efficiently. As for CCUR ... it hit $3+ today ... on it's way to $10(?) ... are you sure you should have sold ...?? I own a lot of both and expect both to prosper. TNCX is the purer play, though riskier.
