The Patent for ACRT is on the Books for $1.00. See the 10K, Patent.
Amos Aharoni sold the Patent to Actrade for $1.00. Originally, Mr. Aharoni applied for the patent a few years ago--it was his invention). Did he try to profit at the Company's expense?

I am worried that they did not value the patent at $0.00. There could be a danger that Actrade's equity is overstated by $1.00. If Actrade had to write off the value of this patent then EPS would suffer by
$0.0000001.
