Mr. Puryear's report is an embarrassment. He made many substantial errors such as 1) His projections are not tax effected. 2) He cited Summit Bank as a source of capital even though the line has been yanked. Mr. Puryear is a bit senile. You should talk to him. He is rather nice but completely incompetent and works, of course, for a bucket shop that Mr. Pink has never heard of. Mr. pink As for your lie about the lawyer why not read the complaint. Two lawyers appear on the last page, Furman and Delcore in Long Island and haythe & Curley in New York 212-880-6000. Mr. pink does not suggest you contact these people until you actually do some work and read the complaint. Mr. Pink will not tell you the name of the attorney working on the matter; you will have to read it for yourself. You do know how to read, don't you, you criminal. Mr. Pink
