I agree that a warning will let us see the 20's again. Please no. As for the bigger picture, there's still a big cloud hanging over tech. Everyone's expecting a Spring correction. Meanwhile, the broader market is roaring in financial services, especially, and those of us overweight technology are losing in opportunity costs. I think we'll see Ascend at 35 again shortly, but it's no fun languishing while the broader market moves. The only things that could derail us would be a Cisco, Microsoft or IBM warning. I'm out at 35 (again) and am going long semiconductor capital equipment (AMAT, KLAC, KLIC). I thought Ascend had a beta of 2.7 or something? What happened to that? Matt
