Yahoo message number 18317 by zekel is rather interesting. I found this individual to be credible in regards to the posts about SSPC the night before it was announced. Other posts seem to indicate that he really is employed with a Houston gas pipeline co. that is dealing with BAT. For what it is worth...zekel (35/M/Houston, TX) Mar 20 1998 4:05PM EST Got off the phone with Bill "Stretch" Fowler (SSPC). The person that bought 14% of this partnership for $1 million is a gentleman in Euorpe (not Joe). He indicated that they have an even bigger investor who is talking $15 million if the company takes off. Stretch is in the process of getting a generator unit to retrofit for the Louisiana project.
