If the result of these Class Action suits was to recover losses from the insiders, who benefited, than I'd be all for it, but that's not what happens. Reality is that either the company or its insurers pays either way this represents a reduction in Shareholder Value. Now I could either get pissed about this or learn to play the game. Personally, I prefer to play the game so I now modify my buy target by what I expect the added effect of the suit to be.
